With the Milleproroghe decree of December 2021, the obligation of Environmental Labelling of packaging, which should have come into force on 1 January 2022, was postponed until 30 June 2022.
The Ministry of Ecological Transition will issue a new decree in May for the adoption of technical guidelines to regulate the correct labelling of packaging.
