The President of Gelsia Ambiente, Massimo Borgato, and the Councilor for the Environment of the Lombardy region, Claudia Terzi, illustrate the advantages of garbage bags with Tag RFid technology produced by Plastisac. The device in question is applied to the outer layer of the bag, and allows matching the bag to a single user, thus providing information on waste disposal habits and amounts, and, as a result, a fair assessment of collection fees based on effective consumption.
