CODE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13

Pursuant to and by effect of Art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June, 2003 – Privacy Code, concerning the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of Personal Data, the processing of information concerning you will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, thus ensuring the protection of your privacy and rights.
“Personal Data Processing” means any operation, or series of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise authorized means, concerning the collection, registration, organization, preservation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, deletion and destruction of data referring to public or private subjects.
